Masterclass Cooking Class: Fresh Handmade Pasta
Join Chef CY Phang for an interactive, fun-filled afternoon of making your own wholewheat egg pasta! Using mostly organically or sustainably grown ingredients, Chef CY Phang will show you how you can easily make some of the Italian pastas at home.
Not only they are easy to make with simple tools (You can make them fully by hand too!) and easily available ingredients, they are also more nutritious and flavourful too! Know what you put into your pasta dough, and your children can join in the fun when you make them at home! We will make 3 types of pasta, namely Ravioli, Tortellini and Farfalle (bow tie pasta)
Date: August 6 (Saturday), 3 - 7 pm

Workshop fee: RM250/person (includes recipe, a 3-course Italian dinner (please inform us if you have any dietary requirements), refreshments)
