Baking class puff pastry
Learn how to make classic puff pastry from scratch using hand lamination and machine lamination methods to produce buttery and flaky pastries. Chef CY Phang will guide you step-by-step to ensure good results making puff pastry from scratch using the best available ingredients (we use organic flour and French or European butter) in our tropical weather. Once you learn the tips and understand the processes, you will never need to buy frozen puff pasty again!
This is a demo and hands-on class where you will get to make your own puff pastry by hand and demo using an electronic dough sheeter. You will get to bring back the puff pastry you make during the class for making any pastries using puff pastry.
You will enjoy a light dinner with savoury and sweet puff pastries and salad, and take home the extras!
