Made with organic flours, French cultured butter, whole milk, sugar, ground barley malt and eggs using long fermentation methods and naturally leavened with only sourdough starter. No added preservatives or additives.
Pre-order available on Thursdays to Sundays. For other days, please Whatsapp us @0129369738 , minimum order quantity of 6 pieces, 2 days advance notice. For frozen pre baked sourdough croissants, thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes then bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 150C, then leave to cool for at least 20 minutes before eating for best flaky buttery flavours and textures.
