Masterclass Cooking Demo: Buttermilk Scones

Chef CY Phang travelled all over England to taste and learn about English scones and adapted this recipe from countless recipes she has tested and learned in her travels. This recipe uses premium French butter and organic flours for best tasting qualities and healthier benefits. The result is a crumbly but light textured scones that suit the Malaysian palate and pair well with jam and butter or cream. We will teach you how to make the scones by hand so you can make them wherever you are, as long as you have an oven to bake.
